The presentation provides an insight to the challenges faced in Portugal in managing public behaviour at Level Crossings. It shares a collaborative approach with key organisations across the porteguese rail sector to share good practices in managing the risks and identification of new controls. The presentation provides a number of examples where changes had been implemented at a level crossing as a result of this work.
