A paper which describes the Transportation Safety Board of Canada’s development of a watchlist which identifies the nine transportation issues posing the greatest risk to Canadians. The paper describes how the list was developed, the implementation strategy, as well as an evaulation of efforts. The conclusion describes the overall impact and specfic benefits, along with possibilities for future iterations of the watchlist.
