The paper presents the approach KORAIL is taking to reduce safety accidents involving track workers to zero. The methods of achieving the goal are to build a system that enables to use of the Train Access Alert App in the field and to establish a process for compelling the use of the app, monitoring it, and taking immediate action if it is vulnerable.
