This paper aims to:¥ Identify and address gaps in existing risk management and incident response practices in SBS Transit Rail.¥ Illustrate the effectiveness of integrating system risk management with Workplace Safety and Health considerations through structured frameworks.¥ Share successful methodologies, particularly the holistic Operations and Maintenance (O&M) framework and PEEPO (People, Equipment, Environment, Procedures, Organisation) investigative methodology, demonstrating measurable improvements in risk control and incident management.
